Returns
If for any reason you
are not satisfied with our product, you can return it to us within
30 days and we will refund your money. You will be responsible for
shipping charges back to the factory. We will not refund any
shipping charges. The product should be in new condition when
returned to us. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in new
condition with all documentation and accessories, we will refund
your money.
Warranty Repairs
All our products
come with a one-year warranty. You pay the shipping to return the
SWL IR Remote to us, and we'll send it back to you and we'll pay the
shipping. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover any abuse, misuse, tampering, or acts of
God such as a lightning strike. You will be notified of a product
either out of warranty, or not covered by warranty and given an
estimate for
repairs.
Out of Warranty Repairs
You can email us or send us your product and we will
give you an estimate for repairs. You will be responsible for the
cost of shipping the product to us, and for the cost of shipping the
product back to you. You must pay for the repairs before the product
will be returned to you.

Improvements
We reserve the right
to change product specifications and make improvements to the
product at any time without prior notification.
Universal Remotes
Due to the
availability of Universal Remotes, we may substitute an equivalent
product for the optional Universal Remote at any time. Universal
Remote may vary from those shown in the pictures of the
product.
